Coping With Hearing Loss:
For Adults and Their Families

Saturday, April 26, 2008
1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Worcester State College
Ghosh Science & Technology Center
486 Chandler Street
Worcester MA 01602

Susan V. Rezen, Ph.D., is an audiologist and a professor of audiology at Worcester State College where she teaches and directs the audiology clinic.

This presentation will focus on one of the most important, yet underutilized, resources for those with hearing loss, their significant others. Whether it is a spouse, a child, a friend, or a companion, these people can make the difference between coping with hearing loss and having a quality lifestyle or giving in to the disability. A hearing loss is not "mine" or "yours:" it is "our" issue. Bring your significant others, or pass along the information to them.
